A short peaceful service, varying from week to week, led by either a Minister or local preacher, sharing the Gospel in their own particular style. Runs alongside the weekly coffee morning at Central.
Early Morning worship
This short (half-hour) time of worship is popular with people who wish to spend quality time with their families later in the day, and with families of young children who can play in the toy area during worship.
The main service of the week varies in style, including All Age services, Holy Communion, baptisms - it is mainly traditional and biblically based and is accompanied by organ, piano and choir.
About once a month the two services combine for special services together.
Please see the current preaching plan to check times.
Once a quarter we invite people living in local care homes to come to worship and share tea. (Transport provided if required).
Once a quarter our choir leads worship in the style of Taize. All are welcome to take part in this reflective worship, either by singing or by enjoying the ambiance.
See circuit plan for dates of these services.
For children and young people:
New Generation meets most Sundays at 10.45am.
